About the Role:

Cure Talent Limited is partnering with a global medical organization to recruit a skilled Production Process Technician. The successful candidate will work in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment in Plymouth. Key responsibilities include operating production machinery, conducting maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and meets quality standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Identifying and repairing electro-mechanical faults to maintain production flow.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve in-process quality issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HND) or completion of a time-served apprenticeship.
  • Practical experience in maintenance, fault finding, and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • A focus on delivering high-quality results and commitment to ongoing learning.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum. The compensation package includes a comprehensive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and a contribution to the success of a leading healthcare organization.
