Job Summary: Production Technician Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician Leader to join our team at Orion Electrotech Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Production Technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Production Technicians
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in high-volume assembly and manufacturing
  • Leadership experience with a team of Production Technicians
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
