Job Description:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing kind and compassionate care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of your work
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS AND STAFF
  • Provide tailored care plans to meet individual needs
  • Led a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care
  • Safeguarding training and recognition of signs of abuse or neglect

Requirements:

  • Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
  • Free uniform
