Main Responsibilities:
  • Chase applications for payments to minimize delays and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Liaise with operations to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoice accruals and client payments.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Process customer invoicing and identify errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement efficient invoicing processes for new customers.
  • Raise consolidated invoices and AFPs for multiple customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounting or billing.
  • Strong skills in sales ledger and invoice processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
