Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment Careers. This role is based in Sheffield and offers a competitive salary of £31,000 per year, plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with employers across various sectors in Greater Manchester to secure job vacancies.
  • Generate leads and establish relationships with prospects through mailshots, cold calling, and email communication.
  • MATCH suitable talent to live job roles from diverse caseloads of customers with different barriers to employment.
  • Ensure customers have up-to-date CVs prior to sending them to clients, and follow up on feedback and interview arrangements.
  • Provide pre-interview support to maximize the chances of customers securing employment.
Required Skills:
  • Prior experience in recruitment or B2B sales is essential.
  • Ability to identify and cold call businesses to secure new employment opportunities.
  • Strong people skills and negotiation abilities to work with employers and maximize placements.
