Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at DS Associates. As a Psychiatric Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for supervising the process of referral and admission, including contributing to pre-admission assessments of adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team
- Supervise the process of referral and admission, including contributing to pre-admission assessments of adults
- Work closely with NHS partners to ensure safe transition of patients from our service back into the community
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A strong background in psychiatry and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient careExperience of working in inpatient settings with people with various mental health difficultiesExperience of working with service users with a forensic historyRegistration with the GMC, including being on the special register for PsychiatryWhat We Offer
