Job Overview:

The Commercial Opportunities Manager will be responsible for leading the identification, pursuit, and development of new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams;
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
  • Preparing and presenting pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders;
  • Working closely with the HR Employment Ltd team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful Commercial Opportunities Manager will have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
