As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will play a vital role in shaping the end-user computing experience for our organization. With a strong focus on infrastructure and digital services, this is an exciting chance to join a success story and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Server and Citrix environment, ensuring seamless digital desktop provision and optimal end-user experience.
  • Oversee a wide range of systems and services, including Citrix, Print, Servers, and other elements affecting the end-user experience.
  • Deliver desktop and laptop imaging services, including standard builds, to support our digital transformation.
  • Provide expert support for the Citrix environment, serving as the escalation point for 2nd and 3rd Level support.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage all aspects of the UK infrastructure, including Cloud, Server, Applications, Integrations, network, communications, and security.
  • Contribute to project work and BAU activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our digital services.
  • Travel to and from profit centers and other locations as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting Citrix and Windows Desktop environments.
  • Proficiency in Citrix WEM and FSLogix.
  • Strong understanding of remote access, VPNs, and other related technologies.
