Job Title: Senior Simulator Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Simulator Maintenance Technician to join our team in Crawley, UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our Full Flight Simulators and lower-level training devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for the maintenance and support of our Full Flight Simulators and lower-level training devices.
  • Act as a point of contact to the customer for both technical and logistics issues.
  • Manage the team workload and future planning.
  • Undertake all duties as a member of the maintenance team providing a turnkey service.
  • Perform any tasks related to maintaining the Authority qualifications as a Device coordinator.

Requirements

  • Educated to a minimum BTEC/HTQ, HND/HNC level or equivalent relevant qualification/experience.
  • Proven electrical, electronic, and mechanical theoretical knowledge supplemented with practical experience.
  • Develop or possess knowledge of aircraft systems and ability to interpret aircraft, engineering, and electronic diagrams.
  • Able to navigate aircraft manuals and documentation.
  • Previous FSTD experience.
  • Flexibility and ability to think out of the box.
  • Act on own initiative.
  • IT literate with MS Office.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
