The successful candidate will lead our analysis of the US, Canadian, and Mexican economies, with a primary focus on the US. This involves shaping forecast judgements, communicating views to clients, prospects, and colleagues throughout CRU, and closely monitoring data and economic developments.

The role requires strong quantitative skills in economics, an organised approach to handling data and econometric modelling, and previous experience of analysing or forecasting. Knowledge of sustainability and the energy transition is also an advantage.
