Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to lead our comprehensive Employee Experience Transformation Programme. This programme aims to enhance overall employee experience through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Lead end-to-end management of the Employee Experience Transformation Programme, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Governance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to monitor programme progress, risks, and issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, IT, Finance, Enterprise Services, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver regular programme status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and technologies across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project/programme management, with focus on employee experience or HR transformation projects. Experience in setting up end-to-end designs to optimise internal content findability is highly desirable.
  • Background in Consulting: Background in consulting would be highly desirable.
  • E2E Design Expertise: Proven experience in setting up an end-to-end design to optimise employee experience for locating internal content.
