Operations Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Administrator to support our client in Mansfield.
This role involves scheduling, planning, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate reactive calls and distribute them to engineers according to SLAs/KPIs.
- Communicate with site engineers to update job statuses in real-time.
- Process completed paperwork and handle additional requirements as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
