About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate & Aggregators Account Manager to join our vibrant Affiliate team at EngineeringUK. In this role, you will work alongside the Affiliate Associate Director to plan and activate activity across a range of product areas in the finance sector. Your key responsibilities include managing an executive and working closely with your counterpart on the client side of the account, reporting to the Affiliate & Aggregators Associate Director. You will also be responsible for organizing, inspiring, and innovating across the team to achieve optimal output for clients.

Your Responsibilities:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading client's affiliate performance strategy and overall delivery of client KPIs and business objectives.
  • Working with your team to coordinate campaign strategies for the channel, including building and managing relationships with Key Publishers.
  • Optimizing campaigns towards set objectives and demonstrating the ability to be innovative.
  • Overseeing development of the team and ensuring line management is run in a just, timely and effective way.
