**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Referee Development Assistant to support the delivery of our referee development program in Kent. The successful candidate will work closely with our Referee Development Lead to achieve the needs of the game.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment, retention, and development of referees through various programs and initiatives.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to meet the needs of the game.
  • Provide administrative support for the appointment of match officials to county cup competitions.
  • Monitor and support the referee department email accounts.

Requirements:

  • Educated to A Level or 2 years' sports development experience.
