About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reed Team Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our office operations, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable and able to commit to on-call duties one weekend per month
  • Knowledge or experience in the drainage or construction industry is a plus but not essential
