Key Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead our technical team at one of our major UK sites. As a key leader, you will provide technical leadership, manage team and projects, act as PE Design Authority, and collaborate across stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of expertise in process engineering, with a proven track record of managing high-hazard installations and leading technical teams. A strong background in Chartered Chemical Engineering is essential.

Job Description

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the site's technical team. This includes directing the implementation of technical improvements, overseeing project management, and acting as PE Design Authority. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to influence decision-making at all levels.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and improve manufacturing objectives.

What We Offer
