Manufacturing Process Improvement Lead

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Improvement Lead to join our team at SRG. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading a sustainable manufacturing improvement process to identify and deliver improvements in safety, quality, reliability, output, and costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical manufacturing and a strong understanding of process and shift operations. You will also review and improve SHE & local Security management processes to meet annual targets, manage and develop the Quality & Environmental Management Systems, and lead the management processes for all training to ensure SHE standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and continuously improving SHE & local Security management processes to meet annual targets
- Managing and developing the Quality & Environmental Management Systems
- Leading the management processes for all training to ensure SHE standards are met
- Developing and leading a sustainable manufacturing improvement process to identify & deliver improvements in SHE, Quality, Reliability, Output and Costs
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
