We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers and supporting the daily operations.

You will work from a shared inbox of around 200 incoming enquiries, split between a team of 4-5 individuals. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders using an in-house system and handling any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Liaising with couriers to track deliveries
  • Working closely with the team to ensure seamless communication with customers

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £26,000, making it a competitive offer with opportunities for progression within the company.
