Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Administrator. As a Trust and Tax Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting trust administration, investment reporting, accounting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare trust accounts and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage trust administration and accounting using specialist software packages, including Troika and Digita.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Support the Trust and Tax Managers in monitoring and planning for major events on trust and family matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of trust administration and tax compliance, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification is essential, along with some knowledge and experience of accounts preparation, Self-Assessment workings, and deadlines for trusts and individuals.
