Job Overview

This is a highly competitive opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join a St. James's Place Partner Practice based in Cheltenham town centre. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner to manage office administration, provide support as required, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


The Role

You will be responsible for preparing letters, presentations, and reports, as well as ensuring client information is recorded accurately. You will also deal with third parties on a daily basis, communicate with clients via telephone and email, and manage the pipeline of business through the Practice.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
  • An excellent eye for detail and good IT skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter able to work with little or no supervision
  • Reliable with proven office management, administrative or personal assistant experience

In this role, you will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
