Teach360 is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in a secondary school setting in Barnet.
About the PositionThis role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with young people and help them overcome obstacles, developing their potential and achieving their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing individualised support to students with challenging behaviour and a passion for working with young people.
Main Duties:- Provide high-quality individualised support to students with challenging behaviour.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students.
- Support students in developing essential life skills, including communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Regularly review student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Salary Range: £80-£100 per day
