Senior Engagement Programme Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Engagement Lead to create bespoke lifestyle programmes that foster meaningful engagement and positively impact wellbeing in the home. As part of our team at Greenhill, you will be responsible for co-ordinating weekly plans and identifying individual requirements of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- To identify needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through resident profiles, life history, care plans, observation, and face-to-face conversations with a person-centred ethos.
- To work flexibly to meet residents' needs and service delivery across the home.
- To plan and co-ordinate a weekly programme for the home, including weekends and evenings, ensuring plans and equipment are in place for staff to follow.
- To incorporate all aspects of the 'B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework' when planning programmes.
- To identify isolated individuals and plan specific programmes for them.
- To display and distribute weekly programmes and notices, using information technology equipment for producing schedules and posters.
- A full driver's licence is mandatory.
