We are seeking an experienced Night Complex Care Worker to join our team at The Sterling Group.
About the Role:This is a vital overnight role, ensuring the baby's safety, comfort, and health throughout the night.
Responsibilities:- Provide routine tracheostomy care and suctioning to maintain a clear airway.
- Administer feeds, hydration, and medications via NG tube, with transition to PEG care.
- Perform routine care and maintenance of feeding equipment.
- Monitor the baby's ventilation equipment to ensure optimal function and adjust settings as required.
- Full UK Driving License would be advantageous.
- Experience in paediatric complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilation - Nippy 4 ventilation (preferred).
