Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education and Care, where you will play a crucial role in the lives of our young people.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our team of creative education, care, and therapeutic professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized care to each person in their daily activities, fostering a safe and positive environment, and implementing individualized care plans. You will also support our young people during recreational activities, outings, and community integration, and collaborate with the wider team to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who possess a compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be resilient and patient when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs. A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team is essential, as well as basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. A driving license and access to own transport would be advantageous.
