Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of SHEQ Leadership to join our team at Toro Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving safety, health, environment, and quality standards in a high-voltage electrical services company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
* Lead SHEQ audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
* Provide expert guidance and support to project teams to ensure SHEQ best practices are upheld.
* Drive initiatives to improve safety culture and overall operational efficiency.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, including DNOs, ICPs, and regulatory bodies, to maintain compliance and industry leadership.
* Lead investigations into SHEQ incidents and implement corrective actions.
* Report at the board level and oversee the entire SHEQ department, which includes SHEQ Advisors, Coordinators, and SHEQ Managers.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior SHEQ role within the HV electrical services, DNO, or ICP sectors.
* Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation, standards, and best practices.
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in managing teams and driving cultural change within an organization.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £58,000 to £70,000 per annum.
* Company car or car allowance of £5,000.
* Office-based with site and client visits.
* 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
* Pension contribution.
* Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
