Drive Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Standards in a High-Voltage Electrical Services Company

Are you a seasoned leader with expertise in driving safety, health, environment, and quality standards in a high-voltage electrical services company? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Head of Policy, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SHEQ policies and procedures in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Lead SHEQ audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams to ensure SHEQ best practices are upheld.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including DNOs, ICPs, and regulatory bodies, to maintain compliance and industry leadership.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, company policies, and certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and Lloyds Accreditation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior SHEQ role within the HV electrical services, DNO, or ICP sectors.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Company car or car allowance of £5,000.
  • Office-based with site and client visits.
  • 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Monday to Friday, 42 hours.
