Job Title: Head of Environment Management

Join Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd as we seek an experienced Head of Environment Management to lead our SHEQ function. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive our Net Zero strategy and implement initiatives to improve safety, health, environment, and quality across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health, safety, environmental, and quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Lead the implementation of initiatives to drive continual improvement of safety, health, environment, and quality, including the development of a robust process for employee consultation and communication.
  • Manage and lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are established, corrective actions are implemented, and management controls remain effective.
  • Develop and implement an effective inspection and internal audit plan to monitor and track inspection and audit information, identifying trends and compliance with SHEQ management systems.
  • Be accountable for validating and approving subcontractor pre-qualification checks and supporting subcontractor onboarding.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational SHEQ performance.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational H&S Practice.
  • Minimum 5 years' health, safety, and environmental experience.
  • Hold or working towards Chartership of Institution of Occupational Safety & Health.
  • Must hold a current UK Driving License.
