Regional Courier Engagement Coordinator

Staff Selection UK Ltd are seeking a skilled Regional Courier Engagement Coordinator to support our National Parcel Delivery Network in their recruitment and retention strategy. As a key point of contact for new couriers, you will identify pain points, resolve issues, and promote a positive working environment that encourages high performance and commitment. Your responsibilities will include supporting courier briefing and debriefing processes, conducting regular check-in calls, and analysing feedback to inform operational teams and develop solutions to solve problems. You will also review and analyse feedback collected at point of training and onboarding to identify opportunities for improvement. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working within a customer service or administration environment, either face-to-face or via telephone.
