Job Title: Regional Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, congresses, and marketing events within the life science industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and colleagues.
- TBMs to Drive Execution Excellence with Regional P2P Plans: Develop and implement plans to drive execution excellence.
- Facilitation of Local Speaker Tours: Coordinate local speaker tours.
- Collaborating Across Regional Boundaries: Collaborate with colleagues across regional boundaries.
- Amplifying the Impact of Webinars: Coordinate webinars to amplify their impact.
- Medical Education Associate Program Coordination: Coordinate the Medical Education Associate Program.
- HCP Sponsorship Management: Manage HCP sponsorships.
- Administrative Tasks Management: Manage administrative tasks.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
- Previous experience in coordinating events/ congresses/ marketing events within the life science industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
