Academic Mentor Position in Ealing

This Academic Mentor position is available at a prestigious secondary school in Ealing, London. As a History Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in Key Stage 3 & 4, enriching their learning experience while gaining valuable experience under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer one-to-one and group academic support to History students
- Assist with lesson planning, resource creation, and classroom management
- Foster a love for History and encourage students to engage critically with the subject
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in History (or a related field) from a top 20 UK university
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £96-£105 per day on a permanent PAYE contract. Additionally, you will receive bespoke training and professional development opportunities, as well as the chance to work alongside passionate educators in a vibrant and supportive school environment.
