We are partnering with a market leading, ambitious, and innovative global leader within the IT Services sector who have a strong and continually growing presence worldwide. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a motivated Account Director to join their successful and innovative team.

The Role: Reporting to the Director of Sales, as an Account Director, you will manage, retain, and expand one of the company's largest and most intricate government contracts, with a £multi-million-pound value. This is a relationship focused role, you will be the key point of contact, working closely with senior stakeholders within the accounts monitoring and improving account performance by designing & implementing account strategies to ensure client satisfaction & retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain one of the company's largest government contracts
  • Design and implement account strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders within the accounts
  • Monitor and improve account performance

Requirements:

  • Account Management / Relationship Management experience gained within a digital data & information services company
  • Excellent commercial and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with travel involved
