About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Agile Process Facilitator to join our dynamic team at MHR. As a key member of our software development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our Agile development process forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrum Facilitation
    • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
    • Guide the team through effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-functional support.
    • Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles hindering team productivity and cohesion.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement and drive changes collaboratively.
    • Work with team members to implement and iterate on changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication
    • Act as a liaison between developer teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in communication.
    • Foster an environment of open communication within the team.
  • Product Owner Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with the product vision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar is preferred.
