### Job Title: Support Worker
### Job Summary
United Response is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in St Austell. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and making a positive impact in their lives.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to individuals, including cooking, cleaning, and washing
* Assist with managing finances, medication, and attending appointments
* Support individuals with complex health needs and provide emotional support
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
### What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.00
* 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time)
* Additional annual leave after 3 and 5 years' service
