Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team at Beacon Oral Specialists Management, LLC. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and update patient medical information to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Process and document billing and payment information for medical procedures and services.
  • Investigate and resolve insurance claims and communicate with stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Research and understand insurance policy stipulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collect and enter claim information into our system.
  • Manage patient and insurance accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and payment procedures.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry-specific policies, such as HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize bookkeeping and account management software to efficiently manage financial operations.
  • Develop strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening, to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Work Environment:

  • Monday – Friday, day shift.
  • Working in-office is an essential function of this position.
