Operations Manager

Social Lens Studio is seeking a freelance Operations and Project Manager to support our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain project management tools and processes
- Collaborate with the Director to identify and fill project openings
- Provide support to the team in scaling processes and managing resources
- Proven experience in project management and operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
This is a freelance role, and you will be working as an independent contractor. You will be responsible for your own taxes, pension, and other benefits. We are looking for someone to start soon, with the equivalent of circa one day per week, but we are open to discussing the most efficient working pattern once you have understood our company and our needs.
