An exciting job opening has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our esteemed nursing home in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents with dementia, learning disabilities, or sensory impairment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required
  • Ensure high standards of care are maintained, adhering to NMC guidelines
  • Lead the care team during shifts, ensuring residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met
  • Mentor and motivate colleagues to ensure effective running of the home
  • Champion residents' safety and dignity, driving continuous improvement within the service
  • Undertake nursing tasks, including medication distribution, dressings, catheterisations, and management of chronic medical conditions
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to care and well-being
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, and dignity by delivering exceptional standards of care
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Understanding of care planning processes and familiarity with clinical assessment tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work within a team as well as independently
  • Initiative, adaptability, and flexibility
  • Experience working with the elderly
