The Role

  • You will be the primary point of contact for new restaurants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • You will work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to develop and maintain daily call plans, prioritize tasks, and drive business growth.
  • You will utilize your excellent communication skills to navigate requests from restaurants, address concerns, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.

About You

  • A strong phone presence is essential for this role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native or fluent English language skills are required.
  • You must have the confidence to make regular calls, build rapport with clients, and close deals.
  • IT literacy is also crucial, with the ability to keep our systems up-to-date with all relevant information.
  • You will work as part of a small team, so being a good team player and someone others want to work with is vital.
  • A commitment to professional development and a motivated attitude to succeed in your role are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this role is £24,700 per annum, with an additional bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly. We also offer a range of benefits, including health, family, finance, community, convenience, growth, time away, and relocation support.
