Deliveroo, a leading technology-driven company in the rapidly expanding food industry, is seeking an experienced Compliance Expert to join its Ethics and Compliance team.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of execution and delivery in compliance, auditing, or legal roles at a fast-paced, multinational organisation. They will be responsible for managing Deliveroo's ethics and compliance efforts across multiple international jurisdictions, working with stakeholders to make our compliance systems and controls the best they can be.

This role requires a practical, innovative, and pragmatic approach to solving problems and mitigating compliance risk. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global stakeholders, conducting internal investigations, and developing measures designed to enforce the Company's Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Deliveroo's ethics and compliance efforts across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
  • Monitor and audit internal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop, implement, and update Ethics & Compliance policies and procedures
  • Deliver training and communications on Compliance obligations and ethical standards
  • Conduct internal investigations to address alleged breaches of rules, regulations, or policies
