As a Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting participants in developing essential skills and personal development qualities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver core courses that support participants in developing employability and personal growth skills.
  • Carry out group training sessions in both classroom-based and virtual environments, adapting your delivery style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Assess individual participant abilities and needs through various assessment mechanisms, providing feedback to support barrier removal and action planning.
Requirements:
  • A recognized teaching or training qualification, or currently studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education).
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, health and wellbeing programme, and life insurance.
