Job Overview

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily needs of children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
