Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Lovell, a leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with digital and e-marketing strategies, coordinating leads and databases, and planning and managing marketing campaigns for our new build housing developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in developing and implementing digital and e-marketing strategies to promote our new build housing developments.
  • Coordinate and manage leads and databases to ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential customers.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for pre-launch and live developments, including portal and website management.
  • Support the South West Region's PR marketing, communication, and promotional activities.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to office personnel.
  • Actively participate in the promotion of social value-related activities, such as community and educational engagement events, to help meet our social impact targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the new build housing industry.
  • Recognized marketing qualification.
  • Good knowledge of social value activities and management.
  • Competency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
