Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Manager to join our team at Pareto.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of our company, its marketplace, competitors, and target clients. They will undertake effective territory planning and preparation, regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections, and educate them on our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
- Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
- Attend regional and national conferences to further business generation
- Employ a consultative approach with customers and restaurants as the face and mouthpiece of our prestigious brand
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Confident with good presentation skills
- Driving licence preferred
- A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
