Leeds Community Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leeds Community Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Resident Services Associate in the day-to-day operations of our Build to Rent development at Leodis Square.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service to residents and guests
- Assist with parcel deliveries and collections
- Conduct move-in appointments, inventories, and meter readings
- Compile and maintain inventories, perform mid-term inspections
- Manage vehicle parking records and address noise complaints
- Assist with open days, resident events, and community-building activities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications desirable
