About Our Team:

Rullion Limited is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support our Building and Estates Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key activities related to site management and service provision.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contract Project Supervisor for Grounds services: assist the Contract Project Manager in the day-to-day running of the contract, ensuring it meets the correct standards.
  • Responsible for internal planting maintenance, ensuring it meets the required standards and frequency.
  • Manage the Campus Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), including bookings and access allocation.
  • Oversee the centralization of site forklift trucks, ensuring maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns are carried out within timeframes and legal requirements.
  • Assist with utility meter reading and recharging, ensuring accurate records and liaison with utility companies when necessary.

Your Skills:

  • Good basic level of education and proficient IT skills, including databases, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven track record in dealing with suppliers, commercially aware, and able to negotiate costs effectively.
  • Assertive when dealing with suppliers, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to problem-solve independently, seeking guidance when needed, and understand UKAEA's requirements and project context.

Salary & Benefits:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
