Adult Education Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Adult and Community Skills Coach to join our team in East Ayrshire. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
About You:
- You will have experience in managing/supporting teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
- You will be passionate about enabling individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and live the life they choose.
- You will possess excellent facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
- You will have strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in using person-centred planning techniques to deliver excellent support practices.
- Create and deliver robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets.
- Maintain high standards of organisation and prioritisation to meet workload demands under pressure.
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
Salary: £28,961 per annum.
