About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated midwife to join our Antenatal and Postnatal Ward Team as a ward manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Turpin ward team, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and promoting positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Turpin ward team and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Deliver robust evidence-based midwifery care and promote individualized women-centered midwifery care
  • Have competent and proficient IT knowledge and skills to aid effective communication throughout and management of the maternity unit
  • Provide support to aid patient flow through the wider maternity unit
