Job Title: Senior Care Manager - Learning Disabilities
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Senior Care Manager to join our team at SCR. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential and supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development of our care services and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care
