We are seeking an experienced Pub Operations Manager to join our team at The Wheatsheaf, a community pub in Esher Green. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role

As a Pub Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and pub maintenance. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities, including our Career Pathway program, Apprenticeships, and training courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Assist with the implementation of new initiatives and projects to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure staff are equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and morale.
Requirements

To be successful as a Pub Operations Manager, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing a team in a pub environment.
