Line Manager: Reports directly to Duty Manager

Position Summary: As Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the trampoline park by overseeing daily activities, managing a team of staff members, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of trampoline park operations. The Supervisor will contribute to creating a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership and Management: - Supervise and motivate a team of trampoline court monitors, party hosts, and front desk staff. - Provide clear instructions, guidance, and feedback to team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. - Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule coordination to meet operational needs. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any concerns or issues. 2. Operational Oversight: - Monitor and manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and customer service standards. - Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to ensure efficient and seamless operations. - Address operational challenges and make timely decisions to resolve issues and maintain a smooth guest experience. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence. 3. Customer Service Excellence: - Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. - Handle escalated customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. - Train and guide staff members in providing outstanding customer experiences. - Monitor and evaluate customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions. 4. Safety and Risk Management: - Respond promptly and effectively to any accidents, injuries, or emergencies that occur on the trampoline courts. - Administer first aid or emergency care, if trained and certified to do so, until medical professionals arrive. - Complete incident reports accurately and promptly, documenting all relevant details. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, rules, and guidelines to create a safe environment for guests and staff. 5. Training and Development: - Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff members' skills, knowledge, and performance. - Provide on-the-job training to new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective transition into their roles. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing exceptional performance. - Support staff members' professional growth and development through coaching and mentoring. Qualifications and Skills: - Strong leadership and organisational abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively. - Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities during peak periods or when staffing is low. - First aid certification is preferred. - Knowledge of health and safety laws and emergency response protocols. - Ability to react calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
