Job Summary

As a Diverse Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their full potential. You will develop and deliver tailored learning plans, working closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure every student receives the support they need.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a degree in Humanities or a related field, and a passion for teaching students with diverse needs.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
